The role of political parties which usually ask for the public’s votes like gleaning by offering various incentives to the public and their activities during the Spring Revolution or the People’s revolution, are said to be disappearing. It is surprising that the political parties which ask for votes from the public whenever the election draws to close, remain silent although they have experienced the military coup and the military’s atrocities such as brutal crackdown, arrests, killings and arsons every day.

“အသည်းကြားက မဲတစ်ပြား” ဟုဆိုကာ ပြည်သူ့လူထု၏ ဆန္ဒမဲများကို ကောက်သင်းကောက်သလို မက်လုံးအမျိုးမျိုးပေးပြီး ရွေးကောက်ခံကြမည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍနှင့် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့် လူထုတော်လှန်ရေးကာလအတွင်း ၎င်းတို့၏ လှုပ်ရှားဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များသည် တိမ်မြုပ်ပျောက်ကွယ်နေသည်ဟု ဆိုရပါမည်။ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကျင်းပချိန်နီးမှ ပြည်သူလူထုထံ မဲပြားလက်ဖြန့်တောင်းမည့် နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများအနေဖြင့် စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုနှင့် အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စု၏ အကြမ်းဖက်ဖြိုခွင်း၊ ဖမ်းဆီးသတ်ဖြတ်၊ မီးရှို့ဖျက်ဆီး စသည့် အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ်များကို နေ့စဉ်နှင့်အမျှ မြင်တွေ့ကြားသိနေကြရသည့်တိုင် ၎င်းတို့၏ နှုတ်ဆိတ်နေစိမ့်နိုင်မှုသည် အံ့ဖွယ်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။
ယခုတစ်ပတ် Myanmar Peace Monitor ၏ အပတ်စဉ်သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်တွင် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးကာလအတွင်း အနှီနိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍကို စေ့ငုတင်ပြသွားပါမည်။
